Sakamichi Brewing has a taproom on the south side of Tachikawa Station, and they have opened their second taproom, Sakamichi North! If you’re interested, I’ve covered Sakamichi Brewing previously here.

立川駅の南側に坂道ブルワリーの皆は立川駅の北側にもタップルームの２号店ができました、坂道North！坂道ブルワリーは以前こちらで記事を書いたことがあります。

Sakamichi North is located just a short walk North East from the Tachikawa station.

They’ve finished all the major renovations except for the limited seating, making it mostly standing at the moment, but more tables and chairs are coming.

坂道Northは、立川駅から北東へ歩いてすぐのところにあります。

インテリアのメジャー作業はほぼ完成していますが、席はまだ数少ないので今はほとんど立ち飲みとなっています。今後はテーブル席も増える予定です。

The new place is very spacious / 2号店はとても広いです。

Look at all that space! なんて広いですね～！

Sakamichi North is a barrier free place, meaning wheelchairs have easy entering the bar and access to the toilets.They made sure to contract the same company that did the interior for the first shop on the south side, but opted for a bit different yet still Sakamichi feeling when it comes to the theme.

坂道Northはバリアフリーを考えながら新しい場所のインテリアを作りました。入口は車椅子でも簡単に入れるスロープがあり。トイレもバリアフリーのためにドアは広くなっています。坂道本店と同じ内装を手掛けた会社にデザインを依頼し、坂道Northの個性を持ちつつ本店の雰囲気を取り入れています。

A few more seats and toilets in the back / 奥にも少し席あります、更に奥はトイレです。

They have 8 beers on tap, just like the first place.

2号店も同じく8種類のビールを繋いでいます。

The area where the new place is located is quite different as well, the new place has a bit more nightlife feeling compared to the cozy and relaxing residential looking area where the first bar is located.

Thus the opening hours also reflect this with the main bar opening at 12 and closing at 21, and the new place opens at 15 and closes at 23.

２号店が位置するエリアもかなり異なり、本店のタップルームが位置するエリアは居心地の良いリラックスできる住宅街に比べて、新しい場所はもう少しナイトライフの賑やかなエリアにあります。

営業時間にもこれを反映しており、本店のタップルームは 12 時に開店して 21 時に閉店し、２号店のタップルームは 15 時に開店して 23 時に閉店します。

Their 5th anniversary is also approaching in March, so there should be a special beer (most likely an Anniversary IPA), along with an anniversary T-shirt.

坂道ブルワリーは3月にはなんと5周年を迎えるので特別なビール（おそらくアニバーサリーIPA）とTシャツが登場する予定です。
